When you request our services by calling (505) 572-1888 or through our website, you agree that:

• You are the owner of the property or vehicle, or have explicit authorization to request locksmith services on it
• You will provide accurate information about your service need and location
• You understand that quotes provided over the phone are estimates and final pricing may vary based on actual work required
• Payment is due upon completion of service

We provide upfront flat-rate pricing before any work begins. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Any additional charges for parts, special tools, or unusual circumstances will be communicated and agreed upon before work proceeds.

For security and legal compliance, our technicians may require proof of ownership or authorization before performing certain services, including:

• Vehicle registration or title for automotive locksmith services
• Photo ID matching the address for residential lockouts
• Business documentation for commercial locksmith work

Failure to provide acceptable proof of ownership may result in refusal of service for safety and legal reasons.

All workmanship is guaranteed. If you experience issues directly related to our service within 30 days of completion, contact us and we will return to resolve the issue at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, forced entry attempts, or third-party modifications.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved in San Juan County, New Mexico.
